How do I return an item?
Goods are not returnable unless there are warranted damages. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Damage/shortage claims must be submitted via email within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If there are damages, please include clear photos with your email. Warranted damages include: broken welds, broken glass and unintended scratches/gouges. Because many of our products are designed to look distressed, there will be variations in paint, wood and metal that are not considered damage. If necessary, for warranted damages, a call tag may be issued for the goods to be returned to us. We will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with the product you receive.
